Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Process Blueprint Lead to own methodology and standards for redesign across transformation programs in Life Sciences. You will map work today to future-state human + AI operating models, lead assessments, and drive alignment with client executives.

The role requires deep Life Sciences expertise, structured problem-solving, and a track record in large-scale transformations. Travel domestically and internationally is expected.

• Experience designing future-state operating models
• Strong facilitation and alignment of senior stakeholders
• Understanding of human + AI process flows and governance
• Experience with enterprise transformation programs
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally

Responsibilities

• Own the Process Blueprint methodology and standards for redesign across transformation programs
• Lead current-state process assessments to identify friction and capacity gaps
• Design the future-state operating model including human + AI flows and governance
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment workshops with client leaders
• Own the Process Blueprint deliverable as the foundation for execution workstreams
• Partner with Value Architects and AI & Data Innovators to map blueprints to quantified value
