• Understanding agentic AI and AI-enabled workflows in Life Sciences functions.
• Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally as required.

Responsibilities

• Own the methodology and standards for designing human + AI processes across transformation workstreams.
• Lead current-state process assessments across the engagement scope to identify friction, productivity, and capacity gaps.
• Design the future-state operating model including human + AI flows, role definition changes, and governance structures.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops with client leaders to drive design decisions with rigor.
• Own the Process Blueprint as the primary deliverable defining the reinvented operating model.
• Collaborate with Value Architects and AI & Data Innovators to ensure blueprints map to quantified value and are executable.
