Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Process Blueprint Lead to own the design of future-state human + AI processes across transformations in Life Sciences. You will map current processes, design the future operating model, and ensure alignment with governance and value delivery.

You will lead cross-functional workshops with senior leaders, and partner with AI & Data Innovators to ensure blueprints are technically executable and tied to measurable value. Domestic and international travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise process redesign or operating model transformation.
• Experience facilitating senior stakeholder workshops and cross-functional alignment.
• Experience designing human + AI process flows and governance structures.
• Understanding of agentic AI and AI-enabled workflows in Life Sciences contexts.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as client needs require.

Responsibilities

• Own the methodology and standards for designing human + AI processes across all transformation workstreams.
• Lead current-state process assessments to identify friction and quantify productivity gaps.
• Design future-state operating model with human + AI flows and governance structures.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment workshops with client leaders to reach clear design decisions.
• Own the Process Blueprint as the primary deliverable defining the reinvented operating model.
• Collaborate with Value Architects and AI & Data Innovators to map blueprints to quantified value and ensure technical executable.
