Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Process Blueprint Lead to own methodology for redesigning processes across transformation programs. You will map current workflows, design future-state human + AI operating models, and ensure reinventions build to a consistent blueprint.

You will lead cross-functional workshops and drive rigor while aligning with executives. The role requires 8+ years in process redesign and strong experience in Life Sciences, with travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

8+ years in process redesign or operating model transformation in Life Sciences or top consulting.

Responsibilities

Own the methodology and standards for designing human + AI processes across all transformation workstreams.
Lead current-state process assessments across the engagement scope.
Design the future-state operating model including human + AI process flows and governance structures.
Facilitate cross-functional alignment workshops with client leaders and drive clear design decisions.
Own the Process Blueprint as the primary deliverable defining the reinvented operating model.
Partner with Value Architects and AI & Data Innovators to map blueprints to quantified value and ensure executability.
