Accenture is seeking a Process Blueprint Lead to own the methodology for designing human + AI processes across transformation programs in Life Sciences. You will map current workflows, design future-state operating models, and lead senior stakeholder workshops to ensure every reinvention initiative builds a consistent, high-quality blueprint.

This is a high-visibility role with a clear path to Managing Director for high performers.

Qualifications

Strategic leader with consulting experience in Life Sciences.
Ability to map current processes and design future-state operating models.
Experience leading senior stakeholder workshops and driving alignment.

Responsibilities

Own the methodology for designing human + AI processes across transformation workstreams.
Lead current-state process assessments across the engagement scope.
Design the future-state operating model including process flows and governance structures.
Facilitate cross-functional alignment workshops with client leaders.
Own the Process Blueprint as the primary deliverable for the reinvented operating model.
Partner with Value Architects and AI/Data Innovators to ensure blueprints map to quantified value.
