Job summary

Accenture's Life Sciences Reinventive Enterprise practice seeks a Process Blueprint Lead who owns the methodology for redesigning processes across transformation programs, designs future-state human + AI operating models, and ensures every reinvention initiative builds a high-quality blueprint.

You will lead current-state assessments, drive cross-functional alignment, and partner with AI data specialists to map blueprints to quantified value and ensure they are technically executable.

Qualifications

• Enterprise process redesign or operating model transformation experience at a top-tier consulting firm or Life Sciences organization.
• Proven track record facilitating senior stakeholder workshops and driving cross-functional alignment.
• Experience designing human + AI process flows, governance structures, and ways of working for enterprise programs.
• Strong understanding of agentic AI, automation, and AI-enabled workflows in Life Sciences.
• Experience working across technologists, data engineers, and change practitioners; willing to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Own the methodology and standards for designing human + AI processes across all transformation workstreams.
• Lead current-state process assessments across the engagement scope and identify friction points.
• Design the future-state operating model including process flows, role changes, and governance structures.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment workshops with client leaders to reach design decisions.
• Own the Process Blueprint deliverable defining the reinvented operating model.
• Partner with Value Architects and AI & Data Innovators to ensure blueprints map to quantified value.
