Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Process Blueprint Lead for its Life Sciences Reinventive Enterprise practice. You will define future-state operating models, map human + AI workflows, and lead senior stakeholder workshops to deliver consistent blueprints across transformation programs.

You will partner with AI & Data Innovators and Value Architects to ensure blueprints map to measurable value, while traveling domestically and internationally as needed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise process redesign or operating model transformation in Life Sciences
• Proven experience facilitating senior stakeholder workshops and cross-functional alignment
• Experience designing human + AI process flows and governance for enterprise programs
• Strong understanding of agentic AI, automation, and AI-enabled workflows in Life Sciences
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally for client work

Responsibilities

• Own the methodology and standards for designing human + AI processes across all transformation workstreams
• Lead current-state process assessments to identify friction and capacity gaps
• Design future-state operating models with AI-enabled processes
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment workshops with client leaders
• Own the Process Blueprint as the primary deliverable defining the new operating model
• Collaborate with Value Architects and AI & Data Innovators to map blueprints to quantified value
