Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Process Blueprint Lead for its Life Sciences Reinventive Enterprise practice. You will define methodologies for redesigning processes across transformation programs, design future-state operating models combining human and AI, and ensure reinvention initiatives deliver consistent, high-quality blueprints.

You will engage senior client leaders and guide cross-functional teams through rigorous workshops and design decisions.

Qualifications

8+ years in enterprise process redesign or operating-model transformation at a top-tier firm or Life Sciences org.
Proven track record facilitating senior stakeholder workshops and alignment.
Experience designing human+AI process flows and governance structures.
Strong understanding of how agentic AI and AI-enabled workflows reshape Life Sciences ops.
Experience working across cross-functional teams and willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

Own the methodology and standards for designing human + AI processes across transformation workstreams.
Lead current-state process assessments to identify friction, productivity, and capacity gaps.
Design future-state operating model with human + AI flows and governance changes.
Facilitate cross-functional alignment workshops with client leaders.
Own the Process Blueprint as the primary deliverable for the reinvented operating model.
Partner with Value Architects and AI & Data Innovators to ensure blueprints map to value and are executable.
