Accenture seeks a Process Blueprint Lead to own the design methodology for human + AI processes across transformation programs in Life Sciences. You will map current workflows, craft future-state operating models, and ensure blueprints are rigorous and actionable.

The role blends business design with AI enablement and requires senior stakeholder facilitation. You will partner with AI & Data Innovators to ensure blueprints deliver quantified value and are executable, traveling as needed for

Qualifications

8+ years of combined experience in enterprise process redesign or operating model transformation in Life Sciences or top-tier consulting.
Proven track record facilitating senior stakeholder workshops and aligning cross-functional leaders on large-scale transformations.
Experience designing human + AI process flows, governance, and ways of working for enterprise programs.
Strong understanding of agentic AI, automation, and AI-enabled workflows in Life Sciences operations.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as client needs require.

Responsibilities

Own the methodology and standards for designing human + AI processes across all transformation workstreams.
Lead current-state process assessments across the engagement scope to identify friction and capacity gaps.
Design the future-state operating model including process flows and governance structures.
Facilitate cross-functional alignment workshops with client leaders to drive design decisions with rigor.
