You will lead cross-functional workshops with senior leaders, drive decisions with rigor, and collaborate with AI & Data Innovators.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise process redesign within Life Sciences or top-tier consulting firms.
• Experience facilitating senior stakeholder workshops and cross-functional alignment.
• Experience designing human + AI process flows and governance structures.
• Understanding of agentic AI, automation, and AI-enabled workflows in Life Sciences.

Responsibilities

• Own the methodology and standards for designing human + AI processes across all transformation workstreams.
• Lead current-state process assessments and identify friction points and capacity gaps.
• Design future-state operating models with defined roles and governance.
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment workshops with client leaders to drive design decisions.
