Responsibilities

• Develop a technical understanding of AWS services to communicate value to diagnostics, pharmaceutical, biotech, and clinical research organizations.
• Lead the delivery of business and technical proposals with sales, pre-sales, solutions architecture, and other teams, tailored to genomics, precision medicine, and clinical diagnostics.
• Own and manage high‑potential opportunities, guiding customers through the sales cycle and addressing objections related to healthcare data security, regulatory compliance, and bioinformatics workflows.
• Drive growth of HealthOmics and Clinical Diagnostics services relationships by engaging with key systems integrators and industry partners in the life sciences sector.
• Define and execute go‑to‑market plans that cover genomics, clinical diagnostics, and personalized medicine, identifying scalable patterns across the customer base.
• Interface with customers at VP and Director levels (e.g., VP of Operations, Director of Bioinformatics, Head of Clinical Systems).
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Sales, Business Development, Product, Finance, Marketing, Training, Operations, and Legal to meet healthcare and life sciences requirements.
• Mentor junior business development team members on life sciences domain expertise and deal strategy.
