Job summary

Amazon Web Services, Inc. seeks a Principal Business Development Lead to own GTM strategy and sales execution for AI-powered mission solutions across the HHS portfolio.

You will drive strategic deals and shape GTM motions from concept to contract, coordinating with Account teams, GenAI specialists, ProServe, and partners to connect health priorities to AWS capabilities. You’ll engage HHS executives and lead cross-functional pursuit teams, shaping new Agentic AI offerings and accelerating

Qualifications

• 7+ years of GTM, business development, sales or consulting experience.
• Experience developing and executing GTM strategies large in scope.
• 7+ years of business development, partnership management, or sourcing new business experience.

Responsibilities

• Own the HHS AI mission solutions GTM strategy, define positioning, sales plays, and pipeline execution.
• Proactively generate opportunities via GAO reports, agency AI plans, expiring vehicles and gaps.
• Build and manage qualified pipeline tied to revenue targets with account-level strategies.
• Lead cross-functional pursuit teams as single-threaded owner for strategic HHS deals.
• Formalize co-sell/delivery GTM with SI partners and ISVs; develop joint proposals.
• Partner with ProServe and GenAI Center to shape Agentic AI offerings and scale patterns.
