Job summary

Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a Healthcare Business Development professional to join the AAIS Go to Market organization. You will help execute our GTM strategy for global healthcare customers and partners, identifying business opportunities and driving adoption of AWS healthcare AI solutions.

You will work with Solutions Architects, Sales Specialists, and Product leadership to accelerate and sell current and new HCLS products, building relationships with customers and internal teams to

Qualifications

• Experience leading large-scale, technical or engineering programs with business case development and customer outcomes.
• 5+ years solving problems with technology in Healthcare/Life Sciences.
• 5+ years in business development, sales, or account management in healthcare or life sciences.
• Strong background in healthcare IT, clinical systems, payer, provider, life sciences R&D.
• Experience with consultative selling and solution-based sales methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new business opportunities for AWS healthcare AI solutions with enterprise customers.
• Support account plans and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and customer adoption.
• Partner with Solutions Architects to align technical solutions with customer needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with key decision makers at customer organizations.
• Collaborate with Product teams to provide market insights and inform product development.
• Work with Marketing to execute campaigns that generate qualified leads and build pipeline.
• Track and report on sales pipeline, forecasts, and business metrics to leadership.
• Represent AWS at industry events and customer meetings to promote HCLS AI solutions.
• Stay current on industry trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities in healthcare and life sciences.
• Travel ~30% of the time to support customer engagements.
