Zusammenfassung

CellBio Scientific seeks an experienced Senior Business Development Manager to drive new business growth and expand strategic customer relationships in the life sciences market. This is a remote position based in the Boston area with travel across the territory and occasional visits to the Newark, CA headquarters.

You will manage complex sales cycles, exceed regional targets, and act as a trusted advisor to academic, biotech, pharmaceutical, and CRO clients.

Qualifikationen

• 3–5+ years of successful sales experience in life sciences or related industries.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
• Experience managing complex sales cycles and high-value customer relationships.

Aufgaben

• Achieve regional sales targets and objectives in alignment with the annual corporate sales plan.
• Identify, develop, and manage customer relationships within the assigned territory.
• Drive new business development through lead generation, prospecting, networking, cold outreach, and customer engagement.
• Manage complex sales opportunities from initial contact through contract negotiation and close.
• Prepare proposals and quotations in collaboration with operations and internal support teams.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to expand existing business and penetrate new accounts.
