Resolv Global is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to expand the U.S. presence in medical communications and life sciences. The role is California-based, remote with field activity, focusing on building relationships with pharmaceutical and biotech clients across the U.S.

Qualifications

5+ years of professional experience in business development within medical communications or life sciences agencies.
Experience developing new business with pharmaceutical/biotech clients.
Strong ability to engage senior stakeholders (Heads, VPs, Directors) in Medical Affairs/Medical Information.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute BD strategies to acquire new pharmaceutical/biotech clients.
Identify target companies and senior decision-makers; build relationships.
Generate qualified opportunities across pharma, biotech, medtech, life sciences.
Lead BD cycle from prospecting to closing and negotiation.
Represent the organization at industry conferences and events.
Collaborate with internal teams to craft client solutions and proposals.
