Job summary

TSP, a Syneos Health company, is seeking a senior client-facing leader to drive our RPO partnerships in the life sciences sector from Boston or remote within the US. You will design world-class talent solutions, win complex engagements, and collaborate with delivery teams to ensure flawless execution.

You will act as a trusted advisor to C-suite and HR leaders, build strategic relationships, and quarterback the full sales process from discovery to closing while traveling up to 30% as needed.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in life sciences recruiting, RPO, or talent consulting with revenue targets over $1M.
• Proven ability to win complex talent solutions engagements in life sciences.

Responsibilities

• Drive Growth: develop and execute talent solution designs to secure new partnerships.
• Build Strategic Relationships: act as the primary client solutions owner for key accounts.
• Lead & Innovate: manage the full sales process from discovery to closing.
