Resolv Global in the United States is seeking an experienced Business Development Associate/Manager to drive growth in medical and scientific communications. You will engage senior stakeholders across Medical Information, Medical Affairs, Medical Excellence, and Medical Communications to position specialized scientific solutions as strategic partners.

Qualifications

5+ years in medical communications with proven B2B business development experience.
Experience in life sciences, pharma, biotech, medtech, or related services.
Degree in Life Sciences or related field (Bachelor's or Master's).

Responsibilities

Generate and develop new business opportunities across pharma, biotech, medtech, and healthcare.
Reach out to Medical Information, Medical Affairs, Medical Excellence, and Medical Communications teams.
Research target organizations, map stakeholders, and draft strategic account plans.
Build and maintain a qualified BD pipeline.
Position the organization as a strategic partner along the medical information/value chain.
Engage with senior decision-makers and lead exploratory meetings.
Develop account engagement strategies to drive growth and long-term partnerships.
Represent the organization at industry conferences and events.
Maintain records of prospects, activities, and pipeline development.
Travel within California and, when required, elsewhere in the U.S.
