Resolv Global is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with agency-side experience in medical communications or life sciences to drive new client acquisition across the U.S. pharmaceutical and biotechnology markets.

The role focuses on winning business from pharma and biotech companies for specialized medical communications services, building relationships with senior leaders in Medical Affairs and Medical Information, and converting opportunities into new business.

Qualifications

5+ years of B2B development in medical communications, healthcare communications, or life sciences agencies.
Proven track record of generating and closing new business with pharma/biotech clients.
Experience engaging senior stakeholders in Medical Affairs and Medical Information.

Responsibilities

Identify, engage, and win new pharmaceutical/biotech clients for medical communications services.
Build relationships with Heads, VPs, Directors, and other senior stakeholders in Medical Affairs and Medical Information.
Develop new business opportunities through outreach, industry relationships, networking, and meetings.
Manage the full business development cycle from prospecting through proposals, negotiation, and closing.
Understand client needs and position specialized medical and scientific communications solutions.
Represent the organization at relevant pharmaceutical, biotech, and medical communications events.
