Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive sales/business development experience in staffing or workforce solutions with a specific focus on Engineering
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals and building long-term client partnerships
• Consultative sales approach with excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with an established infrastructure
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred or equivalent experience

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to drive revenue growth with a laser focus on Life Sciences contract staffing
• Identify, prospect, and secure new client relationships at the executive and decision-maker level
• Leverage the firm’s strong reputation and leadership team to win competitive opportunities
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through networking, referrals, and consultative selling
• Collaborate with operations and recruiting teams to ensure seamless client delivery and satisfaction
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements that align with company profitability goals
• Provide market intelligence, competitor insights, and recommendations to leadership
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to strengthen brand presence
