You will build strategic plans, win new business at executive levels, and collaborate with recruiting and operations to ensure delivery, profitability, and client satisfaction through consultative selling and a robust pipeline.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive sales/business development in staffing or workforce solutions focusing on Engineering.
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals and long-term client partnerships.
• Consultative sales approach with strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic BD plans to drive revenue growth with a laser focus on Engineering.
• Identify, prospect, and secure new client relationships at the executive and decision-maker level.
• Leverage the firm’s strong reputation and leadership team to win competitive opportunities.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through networking, referrals, and consultative selling.
• Collaborate with operations and recruiting teams to ensure seamless client delivery and satisfaction.
• Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements that align with company profitability goals.
• Provide market intelligence, competitor insights, and recommendations to leadership.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to strengthen brand presence.
