• Proven sales or full-desk experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop new business and acquire accounts by researching prospects and engaging key decision-makers.
• Sell, research, and develop opportunities understanding local market needs and growth projections.
• Lead recruiters, coordinate recruiting tactics, and manage client requisitions and KPIs.
• Maintain client relationships and document sales activity in CRM.
