Western Dakota Insurors, Inc. in Rapid City, SD is seeking a Life & Health Account Manager with hands-on experience to manage an established book of business and deliver exceptional client service.

The role emphasizes relationship management with clients, producers, and carriers, handling renewals, proposals, and coverage changes while maintaining accurate records in agency systems. A current license is required.

Qualifications

• Active Life & Health insurance license
• 3-5 years of Life & Health insurance experience preferred
• Experience managing and servicing an established book of business
• Experience working with multiple insurance carriers and navigating carrier processes
• Strong understanding of policy administration, renewals, proposals, quotes, and coverage changes
• Excellent communication, organizational, and follow-through skills

Responsabilités

• Manage and service an established Life & Health book of business
• Maintain direct and proactive communication with clients to ensure they receive exceptional service
• Work closely with producers, insurance carriers, and clients throughout the policy lifecycle
• Manage renewals, policy changes, proposals, quotes, and coverage reviews
• Review policy and plan information for accuracy and communicate important details to clients
• Respond promptly and professionally to client questions, service requests, and coverage needs
• Coordinate with insurance carriers to resolve service issues and ensure requests are processed accurately and efficiently
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and policy information within agency systems
• Provide proactive problem-solving and follow-up to both clients and producers
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients and carrier representatives
