Western Dakota Insurors, Inc. (WDI) in Rapid City is seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to service client accounts and support renewals, billing questions, certificates, and claims with a collaborative team.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of personal lines experience, works with multiple carriers, and holds a Property & Casualty license or is willing to obtain one. Family-owned independent agency culture and strong growth opportunities.

Personal Lines Account Manager

Western Dakota Insurors, Inc. (WDI) is seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to join our team in our downtown Rapid City office. The ideal candidate will have 3–5 years of experience servicing personal lines insurance accounts and working with multiple insurance carriers.

As a Personal Lines Account Manager, you'll build lasting relationships with clients while assisting with policy changes, renewals, billing questions, certificates, claims support, and other day-to-day service needs. We're looking for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, provides exceptional customer service, and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team.
