Western Dakota Insurors, Inc. (WDI) in Rapid City is seeking an experienced Personal Lines Account Manager to service client accounts and support renewals, billing questions, certificates, and claims with a collaborative team.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of personal lines experience, works with multiple carriers, and holds a Property & Casualty license or is willing to obtain one. Family-owned independent agency culture and strong growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of Personal Lines account management experience preferred.
• Experience working with multiple carriers.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• On-site teamwork and office-based environment.

Responsabilités

• Service and support a Personal Lines book of business.
• Handle renewals, endorsements, policy changes, and client inquiries.
• Work with multiple carriers to market and place coverages.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and proactive account management.
