Job summary

Cogir USA is seeking a Resident Lifestyle Assistant to support the Resident Lifestyle Director by planning and coordinating daily life enrichment activities for our senior residents. You will lead group and individual activities, coordinate monthly newsletter, and help organize events to promote physical, mental, emotional, and social well-being.

The role requires 6–12 months experience with seniors; strong communication, computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook), and the ability to work weekends

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in organizing activities for seniors is preferred.
• Proficient with Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Engage residents one-on-one and in group settings.
• Lead and assist with social, religious, educational, and recreational activities.
• Coordinate monthly newsletter and special events.
• Document activity outcomes and progress notes as required.
• Assist in decorating for events and seasonal celebrations.
• Support planning for external trips and outings, ensuring safety.
