Job summary

Harmony Senior Services is seeking a Life Enrichment Activities Assistant at our Charleston, SC community. This role supports the Life Enrichment Director by designing, organizing, and delivering meaningful recreational and educational programs for independent living and assisted living residents.

You will help create monthly activity calendars based on wellness dimensions and coordinate with the program team to ensure high resident engagement.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 1–3 years' experience desired.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Assist in designing, planning, and implementing monthly activity programs.
• Lead 6–7 high-quality programs per day.
• Coordinate with the program team to plan calendars, events, and outings.
• Promote participation and resident/family satisfaction through engaging activities.
