Harmony Senior Services in Charleston, West Virginia is seeking a Life Enrichment Activities Assistant to support the Life Enrichment Director in designing, implementing, and leading diverse programs for Independent Living and Assisted Living residents.

You will help plan monthly calendars based on wellness dimensions, coordinate supplies, recruit volunteers, arrange transportation, and promote activities while ensuring safety and inclusivity.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma and/or experience; subject to state requirements.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Flexible, imaginative, engaging and have a passion for working with seniors.
• Experience organizing, conducting, and planning programs and activities.
• Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must be in good physical condition and be able to sit, stand, bend, kneel, walk, and lift to 50 lbs.

Aufgaben

• Support Life Enrichment Director in designing, creating, initiating, facilitating, and implementing programs.
• Lead multi-level meaningful recreational and educational activities for IL/AL residents.
• Coordinate monthly activity calendars and supplies; plan events and outings.
• Promote programs and organize a volunteer program; arrange transportation as needed.
