Job summary

Harmony Senior Services in Charleston, SC seeks a Life Enrichment Activities Assistant to design and deliver a range of engaging programs for independent and assisted living residents. Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; experience welcomed.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Proven ability to plan, conduct, and adjust programs for seniors.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and facilitate wellness-based activity programs for IL/AL residents.
• Lead 6–7 high-quality programs daily across the community.
• Coordinate with the program team to plan calendars, supplies, and events.
• Transport residents and assist with off-site outings and appointments.
• Document records and support resident council meetings.
