Job summary

Harmony Senior Services in Indiana is seeking a Life Enrichment Activities Assistant to support the Life Enrichment Director in designing and implementing a wide range of meaningful programs for independent living and assisted living residents. You will help plan a monthly activity calendar, lead daily programs, recruit volunteers, coordinate logistics, and assist with transportation as needed.

A high school diploma and a genuine passion for engaging seniors are required, with 1–3 years

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 1–3 years’ experience preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and good driving record.
• Ability to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays; physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Support the Life Enrichment Director in designing and delivering recreational and educational programs.
• Lead 6–7 high-quality programs per day for IL and AL residents.
• Coordinate calendars, outings, and supplies with the program team.
• Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers; assist with resident transportation as needed.
