COUNTRY Financial is seeking a claims support specialist to handle life claim inquiries, assist beneficiaries and financial representatives, and create and manage death claims using AWD and related systems.

This full-time hybrid role requires a high school diploma or GED and strong customer service and communication skills; you will process mail, assign work, and collaborate with Life Examiners to move claims forward.

Qualifikationen

• Provides customer service by answering phones and giving information about initiating claims and coverage.
• Communicates with internal and external parties regarding claim needs and updates.
• Manages multiple tasks and documents across several systems to process life claims.

Aufgaben

• Answer phone calls from beneficiaries, financial representatives, attorneys, and funeral homes with claim information.
• Create a death claim on AWD, verify information, assign death claim numbers, and complete the death claim worksheet.
• Assign work to Life Examiners and move claims through AWD and related reports.
• Process incoming mail for new and pending claims and update AWD accordingly.
