COUNTRY Financial is hiring a claims associate to handle life claim inquiries from beneficiaries, financial representatives, attorneys and funeral homes. You will create death claims in AWD, verify in-force policies, assign numbers, and route work to Life Examiners, while updating the AWD system and coordinating with other departments.

You will communicate with clients and teams, process mail and reports, and ensure timely, accurate information on claim requirements and benefits.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED and at least 2 years of customer service experience.
• Ability to use multiple systems to research policies and process claims.
• Strong communication skills with internal and external parties.

Aufgaben

• Answer calls from beneficiaries, financial representatives, attorneys and funeral homes with claim information.
• Create death claims in AWD, check in-force policies, assign claim numbers and complete worksheets.
• Assign work to Life Examiners and process daily AWD updates and reports.
• Follow up on surrender receipts and close claims as needed.
• Communicate clearly with customers and teams about claim needs.
