Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of customer service, call center, life claims, insurance, financial services, or related customer-facing experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain policy information clearly.
• Ability to manage high-volume customer interactions while maintaining accuracy across systems.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries regarding Final Expense and Life Insurance policies and claims.
• Provide claim status updates and policy information.
• Assist callers with premium payment inquiries and billing questions.
• Educate policyholders on cancellation provisions, reinstatement options, and refunds.
• Support policyholders with loan inquiries and processing, including balances and terms.
• Assist beneficiaries, funeral homes, and agents with claims information and payments.
• Document customer interactions across multiple systems accurately.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely claim processing and issue resolution.
• Adhere to privacy, regulatory, and insurance industry guidelines.
