• Directs investigative activity or litigation on major claims and reserves.
• Negotiates complex settlement packages to drive cost effective resolutions.
• Contributes to development of claims policy and business strategy.
• Identifies and reduces inefficiencies in claims processes.
• Presents exposures clearly to senior management and partners.
• Stays current on state regulations and industry activity.
• Mentors less experienced staff and contributes to training.
• Handles special claims projects and presentations.
