Qualifications

• Construction lending experience preferred.
• Experience negotiating loan documentation with exposure to intercreditor arrangements.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting required.
• CPA or MBA preferred.
• Entrepreneurial work ethic and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of Lender Finance loans by monitoring client financial performance and ensuring adherence to loan covenants.
• Perform financial statement analysis to monitor trends and credit quality; address defaults promptly.
• Monitor construction loans within the borrowing base against timelines and budgets.
• Receive, analyze and process draw requests.
• Oversee Credit Analysts supporting the Loan Officer.
• Collaborate with Originations Group prior to loan closing for transfer into Portfolio Management.
• Respond to client requests for loan modifications and assess feasibility and terms.
• Ensure timely risk rating assessments and inform management of issues.
• Maintain accurate data entry and credit file documentation.
• Prepare periodic portfolio reports for management.
