Job summary
Banc of California in Santa Ana seeks a Senior Loan Administrator to drive independent decisioning from application through funding. You will review loan packages, manage due diligence, and coordinate closings with clients and the loan team, including complex loans and syndications.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 3–5 years of commercial loan administration experience.
- Proficient understanding of required loan documents for borrowing entities.
- Knowledge of Real Estate, Construction, C&I and syndicated lending loans.
Responsibilities
- Review loan files for required documentation and due diligence.
- Manage closing timelines with client, Relationship Manager and loan team.
- Handle complex loans, including outside documents and syndications.
- Perform pre-funding SOX validation for loan origination funding.
- Identify open items and coordinate collection to ensure timely closings.
- Coordinate insurance, flood certification, title reports, and collateral.
- Prepare closing packages, balancing sheets and final checklists.
- Assist in perfection of collateral and post-closing follow-up.
- Monitor loan pipeline and update closing status with stakeholders.
