Relativity, a leading legal data intelligence company, seeks a Legal AI Advisor to help customers understand, adopt, and realize value from Relativity’s AI platform and claiR, designed for lawyers. The role sits at the intersection of legal practice, customer engagement, and product innovation, focusing on broad lawyer adoption of AI.

The advisor will work across the full customer lifecycle, reporting to the Senior Director, Legal AI Consulting in the US.

Qualifications

Doctor of Law degree with bar admission required.
Extensive experience communicating complex legal concepts to non-technical audiences.
Experience translating legal workflows for AI-enabled platforms.

Responsibilities

Engage lawyers as primary users across law firms, corporate legal teams, and public sector organizations.
Drive pre-sales and adoption conversations with pre-sales engineers and account executives; deliver tailored product demos.
Enable post-sales adoption and value realization through onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement.
Act as voice of the legal customer; provide feedback to product and engineering on usability and needs.
Bridge legal and technical workflows by explaining AI capabilities in practical terms for attorneys.
