Job summary

Relativity seeks a Legal AI Advisor to join its AI consulting team and help lawyers understand, adopt, and realize value from Relativity's AI tools, including claiR and aiR. You will operate at the intersection of legal practice, customer engagement, and product innovation.

The role reports to the Senior Director, Legal AI Consulting, and focuses on driving lawyer adoption of AI at scale across the full customer lifecycle.

Qualifications

• JD and Bar admission required.
• 7+ years practicing law at a law firm and/or in-house legal team.
• Strong understanding of legal workflows and challenges.

Responsibilities

• Engage lawyers as primary users and build trusted relationships.
• Drive pre-sales and adoption conversations with cross-functional teams.
• Enable post-sales adoption and value realization with onboarding and training.
• Act as voice of the legal customer to inform product and playbooks.
