Job summary

Relativity, a leading legal data intelligence company, is expanding its AI and customer-facing teams with Legal AI Advisors. You will work at the intersection of law, customer engagement, and product innovation to drive adoption of RelativityOne and claiR for lawyers.

As a practicing or former lawyer, you will guide customers in understanding and realizing value from AI-powered legal tools, contributing to scalable playbooks and best practices across the customer lifecycle.

Qualifications

JD and Bar admission required.
10+ years practicing law and/or in-house legal experience.
Strong understanding of legal workflows and challenges faced by lawyers.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for legal and executive audiences.
Curiosity about AI and its potential to transform legal work.

Responsibilities

Engage lawyers as primary users across law firms, corporate legal teams, and public sector organizations.
Drive pre-sales and adoption conversations with cross-functional teams.
Enable post-sales adoption and value realization through onboarding and training.
Act as voice of the legal customer to inform product and engineering on needs and barriers.
Bridge legal and technical workflows, translating AI capabilities into practical insights for lawyers.
