Relativity is seeking a Legal AI Advisor, a practicing or former attorney who partners with customers to adopt Relativity’s AI platform and claiR for lawyers. This role reports to the Senior Director, Legal AI Consulting in the US and works across the full customer lifecycle.

You will engage lawyers, drive pre-sales conversations, enable post-sales adoption, and translate legal workflows into AI-enabled solutions, helping clients realize measurable value.

Qualifications

• JDs are required and Bar admission is essential.
• Minimum 7 years practicing law in a law firm or in-house setting, preferably with litigation exposure.
• Strong ability to translate legal workflows into AI-enabled solutions for clients.

Responsabilités

• Engage lawyers across law firms, corporate legal teams, service providers, and public sector organizations as primary users.
• Partner with Pre-Sales Engineers and Account Executives to support discovery and solution alignment; lead product demonstrations.
• Enable post-sales adoption and value realization through onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement.
• Act as the voice of the legal customer to inform product strategy, playbooks, and scalable assets.
• Bridge legal workflows with RelativityOne’s AI capabilities to improve client outcomes.
