Job summary

Relativity is expanding its Legal AI Advisory team with experienced lawyers who will help customers understand, adopt, and realize value from RelativityOne and claiR, our AI experience for lawyers.

The role reports to the Senior Director, Legal AI Consulting, and spans the full customer lifecycle, focusing on driving adoption at scale while bridging legal workflows and AI capabilities.

Qualifications

• JD and Bar admission required.
• 10+ years of legal practice or in-house legal experience (litigation preferred).
• Strong understanding of legal workflows and challenges faced by lawyers.

Responsibilities

• Engage lawyers as primary users across law firms, corporate teams, service providers, and public sector organizations.
• Drive pre-sales and adoption conversations with pre-sales engineers and account executives.
• Lead tailored product demonstrations showing Relativity AI capabilities in real-world use cases.
• Support onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement to drive sustained usage.
• Guide customers through workflow transformation and AI integration into legal processes.
