Relativity seeks a Legal AI Advisor to help clients adopt RelativityOne and claI R, driving adoption of AI in legal workflows. You will engage lawyers across firms and corporate legal teams, translating complex AI capabilities into practical use cases.

The role reports to the Senior Director, Legal AI Consulting, with a focus on scalable adoption, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering measurable outcomes for clients.

Qualifications

• JD and Bar admission required.
• 7+ years practicing law in firm or in-house.
• Deep understanding of legal workflows and AI in law.
• Excellent communication for legal and executive audiences.
• Experience in client-facing roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage lawyers as primary users and build trusted relationships.
• Lead discovery, product demos, and adoption discussions with clients.
• Support onboarding and ongoing adoption to drive value realization.
• Represent voice of the customer to product and engineering teams.
• Bridge legal practice with AI capabilities to optimize workflows.
