Job summary

Relativity, a leading legal data intelligence company, is expanding its AI and customer-facing teams to include Legal AI Advisors, practicing or former attorneys acting as trusted advisors to lawyers. You will help clients adopt Relativity’s AI platform and claiR, the new conversational AI experience for lawyers, reporting to the Senior Director, Legal AI Consulting in the US.

You’ll work across the entire customer lifecycle to drive adoption at scale, translate legal workflows into AI-enabled

Qualifications

Juris Doctor (JD) and Bar admission.
10+ years of experience practicing law at a law firm and/or in-house legal team.
Strong understanding of legal workflows and challenges faced by lawyers.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage both legal and executive audiences.
Curiosity about AI and its potential to transform legal work.
Hands on experience with legal AI tools, including Relativity aiR.
First‑hand knowledge of litigation workflows.

Responsibilities

Engage lawyers as primary users and build trusted relationships across firms, corporate teams, service providers, and public sector.
Drive pre-sales and adoption conversations with discovery, positioning, and solution alignment.
Lead tailored product demonstrations connecting Relativity’s AI to real legal use cases.
Support onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement to drive sustained usage and adoption.
Guide customers through workflow transformation and AI integration into legal processes.
Partner with Customer Success to ensure adoption translates into growth and measurable impact.
Translate legal needs into practical AI-enabled insights for product feedback and improvements.
