Job summary

Relativity is expanding its Legal AI Advisor team. This role combines deep legal expertise with technology to help clients adopt RelativityOne and claiR, our conversational AI experience for lawyers. You’ll work across the customer lifecycle, driving adoption and demonstrating real value from AI-powered workflows.

The Legal AI Advisor reports to the Senior Director, Legal AI Consulting, and collaborates with pre-sales, engineering, and customer success to transform legal practice at scale.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) and Bar admission.
• 7+ years of experience practicing law (AmLaw is a plus).
• Strong understanding of legal workflows and challenges faced by lawyers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to engage both legal and executive audiences.
• Hands-on experience with legal AI tools, including Relativity aiR.

Responsibilities

• Engage lawyers as primary users across law firms and corporate legal teams.
• Drive pre-sales and adoption conversations with discovery, positioning, and solution alignment.
• Enable post-sales adoption with onboarding, training and ongoing engagement.
• Act as voice of the legal customer to inform product and marketing.
• Bridge legal and technical workflows, translating AI capabilities into practical insights.
