Job summary

Relativity is seeking a Legal AI Advisor—a practicing or former attorney who combines deep legal expertise with a passion for technology to help customers adopt Relativity's AI platform and claiR. Reporting to the Senior Director, Legal AI Consulting, the role spans the full customer lifecycle, focusing on driving lawyer adoption of AI at scale across workflows.

Qualifications

• JD and Bar admission are required.
• 3+ years of legal practice experience; AmLaw experience is a plus.
• Strong understanding of legal workflows and challenges faced by lawyers.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for legal and executive audiences.
• Experience in client-facing roles is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage lawyers as primary users across law firms, corporate legal teams, service providers, and public sector orgs.
• Drive pre-sales conversations with discovery, positioning, and demonstrations to connect Relativity AI capabilities to real use cases.
• Enable post-sales adoption and value realization through onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement.
