Relativity is expanding its Legal AI Advisor team. This role targets practicing or former lawyers who will help customers understand, adopt, and realize value from Relativity's AI platform and claiR, our conversational AI experience built for lawyers.

Reporting to the Senior Director of Legal AI Consulting in the US, the role spans the full lifecycle from evaluation to ongoing adoption, emphasizing lawyer adoption of AI at scale.

Qualifications

• JD and Bar admission required.
• 10+ years of legal practice experience (AmLaw a plus).
• Strong understanding of legal workflows and challenges.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Curiosity about AI and its transforming potential.
• Experience in client-facing roles is a plus.
• Ability to operate in fast-moving, cross-functional environments.
• Hands-on experience with legal AI tools, including Relativity aiR.

Responsibilities

• Engage lawyers as primary users and build trusted relationships.
• Drive pre-sales and adoption conversations with sales teams.
• Enable post-sales adoption and value realization with onboarding and training.
• Act as voice of the legal customer to inform product and marketing.
• Bridge legal workflows with technical insights for AI adoption.
