Relativity is redefining legal data intelligence with RelativityOne. We seek a Legal AI Advisor, a practicing or former lawyer, to help customers understand, adopt, and realize value from Relativity’s AI platform and claiR, our conversational AI experience for lawyers.

You will work across the full customer lifecycle, reporting to the Senior Director, Legal AI Consulting in the US. The role blends legal practice with technology, focusing on driving lawyer adoption of AI at scale, translating

Qualifications

Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage both legal and executive audiences.
Curiosity about AI and its potential to transform legal work.
Experience in client-facing roles (e.g., client advisory, legal tech, or business development) is a plus.
Ability to operate comfortably in cross-functional and fast-moving environments.

Responsibilities

Engage Lawyers as Primary Users: Build trusted relationships with lawyers across law firms, corporate legal teams, service providers, and public sector organizations.
Drive Pre-Sales and Adoption Conversations: Partner with Pre-Sales Engineers and Account Executives to support discovery, positioning, and solution alignment; Lead tailored product demonstrations.
Enable Post-Sales Adoption and Value Realization: Support onboarding, training, and ongoing engagement to drive sustained usage and adoption; Guide customers through workflow transformation and AI integration into legal processes.
