Job summary

Greystar, based in Las Vegas, is seeking a Leasing Manager responsible for guiding the community’s marketing, print and internet advertising, and sales activities to hit revenue and occupancy targets. The role also oversees the leasing team, pricing, concessions, and related programs to optimize traffic and leases.

You will coordinate marketing strategies, leverage the company’s property management software for reporting, and ensure on-site operations align with company standards and resident

• Experience overseeing marketing, advertising and sales activities for a residential community.
• Ability to manage leasing team and drive occupancy and revenue goals.
• Familiarity with pricing strategies, concessions, and promotions to boost traffic.

Responsibilities

• Directs marketing, advertising and sales activities to achieve revenue and occupancy goals.
• Develops short- and long-term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Uses property management software to generate leasing reports and monitor results.
• Oversees on-site traffic, maintains inventory of ready apartments, and monitors leasing activity.
• Leads leasing process: qualify prospects, prepare leases and finalize move-ins.
