The role requires coordinating tours, screening applicants, and preparing lease packages while maintaining resident satisfaction and a positive leasing experience.

You will implement local marketing plans, leverage online channels, and work with on‑site teams to ensure show units meet standards and schedules are met.

Formación

• Experience in leasing, marketing and resident retention activities.
• Ability to screen applicants and coordinate showings.
• Proficiency with property management software and data entry.

Responsabilidades

• Greet and qualify prospects, conduct tours, process applications and screenings.
• Prepare leases and move‑in documents and ensure smooth occupancy.
• Develop short/long‑term marketing plans to sustain occupancy.
• Use internet channels and referrals to drive traffic to the community.
• Follow up with prospects and renewals to maximize retention.
