Job summary

Irvine Company Apartment Communities is seeking a Senior Leasing Consultant - CLC in Irvine, CA to lead with the Senior Leasing Manager and drive leasing performance by addressing prospects’ needs and delivering an exceptional experience.

You will partner on onboarding, daily task management, and pricing strategies, while ensuring accurate data entry and proactive communication with customers across phone, email, and chat.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Min. 2 years experience in sales environment.
• Schedule may require weekends, holidays and evenings.
• Clear English communication in writing and speaking; multilingual a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example and uphold Core Values while maintaining sales performance.
• Partner with Senior Leasing Managers to onboard new hires and manage daily tasks.
• Develop sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
• Handle incoming sales via phone, email and online chat; follow-up on requests.
• Input activity and customer information into databases promptly and accurately.
• Lease apartment homes to meet occupancy targets.
• Collaborate with team to provide seamless sales experience.
• Use pricing tools to support company goals and record all data.
• Maintain proactive communication with active prospects.
