Job summary

Irvine Company is seeking a dynamic Leasing Consultant to represent our apartment communities and deliver a world-class leasing experience. You will identify customer needs, present available homes, and close leases while maintaining accurate CRM data.

The role requires strong sales and customer service skills, a high school diploma, and the ability to work with MS Office and Google Apps. You will tour prospects, coordinate with property teams, and help achieve revenue goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/BA with 0-5 years of experience.
• Previous sales and customer service experience.
• Strong sales and customer service skills; public relations; computer literacy; detail oriented and organized; ability to interact effectively with prospects, residents, peers and management.
• Team player that consistently meets and exceeds expectations.
• Ability to use MS Office and Google Apps.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance required (at specific properties).

Responsibilities

• Achieves all sales goals set forth by their manager on a consistent basis.
• Strives to achieve revenue goals by daily review of leases and customer information cards.
• Assists in deploying the Sales & Marketing Plan for assigned sales environment.
• Support our PSP culture and encourage an empowering environment to achieve top NPS results.
• Tours prospects in company vehicles throughout communities to find them their new home.
• Maintains accurate CRM data to support company goals and initiatives.
